Just leave the work to us. * **Family-Friendly:** A pack and play is available upon request for those traveling with little ones. * **Lake Fun:** The hike and bike trail is just blocks from the house along with paddle board rentals, etc. * **Grilling:** If you plan on using the backyard grill, please give us a heads-up beforehand. * **Safety:** For your peace of mind, the home is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. ** This is an urban environment not a suburban neighborhood setting. The home is walkable to bars and restaurants and is very close to downtown Austin. Expect it to be sometimes quiet and other times bustling. ** Request a ring light or microphones for podcasting or streaming. I can supply them! I just don’t leave them out all of the time.
